Our Mission
Women in Process Mining (WIPM) Trainings aims to support women at every stage of their career journey: from students and early career professionals to experienced experts looking to re-enter the workforce or transition into a new field. Unlike regional programs, WIPM is open to women globally, offering equal access to training regardless of location.
Through our partnership with Celonis, we provide structured learning opportunities, career support, and a thriving community to help women build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in process mining. Our programs are designed to be accessible and flexible, empowering participants worldwide to grow and thrive in the digital transformation era.
Requirements & Skills
Our Process Mining training program for women are designed for ambitious professionals who are ready to reskill or upskill into the Process Mining ecosystem and build a future-proof career in technology.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are motivated to build a career in the Process Mining ecosystem
- Hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience
- Have experience in Software, Analytics, or similar (ideally cloud-based tools)
- Bring an industry-specific focus or domain expertise
- Have exposure to go-to-market activities, solutioning/architecture, project management, or medium-to-large IT implementations (nice to have)
- Have basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory)
We are looking for participants who:
- Communicate confidently in English (and local official language(s) if applicable)
- Are eager to learn, create, and innovate
- Have a strong interest in technology
- Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability
- Thrive in fast-paced environments

What the exclusive WIPM vouchers include:
- 50 voucher codes available
- Each voucher covers 2 qualification exam attempts
- Each participant receives 1 voucher that they can use for 2 exam attempts (on one exam or across two different exams)
- Value: 75 USD per attempt (150 USD value per voucher)
- Maximum: 1 voucher per person
How does it work?

Step2
Complete the Training
Work through the selected training courses at your own pace and earn your learning badge upon completion.
Step 3
Request your voucher
After completing the training, apply for one of the exclusive WIPM voucher codes. Please submit:
- Full name
- Field of studies / educational background
- Updated CV
- Short motivational letter
A brief explanation of why you should receive the voucher and how it will support your career goals.
Step 4 and 5
Pass the exam
Use your voucher to take the qualification exam (up to 2 attempts per participant). Once you pass, you will receive your official industry-recognized qualification badge.
