Process mining professionals are in high demand globally, and our goal is to make sure women have the opportunities, confidence, and skills to lead in this space and to be at the forefront of this change. Our mission is to empower professionals to upskill, pivot into new careers, and confidently re-enter the workforce after a career break by providing access to high-quality training, mentorship, and industry connections.

Our Mission
Women in Process Mining (WIPM) Trainings aims to support professionals at every stage of their career journey: from students and early career professionals to experienced experts looking to re-enter the workforce or transition into a new field. Unlike regional programs, WIPM is open to women globally, offering equal access to training regardless of location.
Through our partnership with Celonis, we provide structured learning opportunities, career support, and a thriving community to help women build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in process mining. Our programs are designed to be accessible and flexible, empowering participants worldwide to grow and thrive in the digital transformation era.



The right candidates
Our Process Mining training program for professionals are designed for ambitious professionals who are ready to reskill or upskill into the Process Mining ecosystem and build a future-proof career in technology.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are motivated to build a career in the Process Mining ecosystem
- Hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience
- Have experience in Software, Analytics, or similar (ideally cloud-based tools)
- Bring an industry-specific focus or domain expertise
- Have exposure to go-to-market activities, solutioning/architecture, project management, or medium-to-large IT implementations (nice to have)
- Have basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory)
Students, Professionals, and Career Re-Entries should:
- Communicate confidently in English (and local official language(s) if applicable)
- Are eager to learn, create, and innovate
- Have a strong interest in technology
- Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
“Back to Work” with Celonis and Women in Process Mining
In the light of AI, the workplace changes daily, and it can be very difficult to catch up. Women in Process Mining is partnering with Celonis to provide scholarships for anyone looking to re-enter the workforce after a prolonged time away from work.
What is the “Back to Work” program:
- Celonis sponsored scholarship to obtain Celonis Academy Qualifications (an industry-proven, internationally recognized standard for Process Intelligence)
- Guidance and Allyship through the Celonis Workforce Program
- Mentor allocation through the Celonis Academic Alliance Ally Pool and WIPM (Optional)
Who is eligible for the “Back to Work” program:
- Anyone (any gender) out of the workforce for 6+months (e.g. due to caretaker work, childcare, sick leave, migration)
